Student Assistant Operations (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• You'll actively support the Operations team in Kaiserslautern by collecting, compiling, validating, and analyzing data for projects and production
• You'll be actively involved in the preparation of coordinative and decision events as well as target group-specific PowerPoint presentations, Excel elaborations , etc.
• You'll support in data management as well as the documentation of processes
• You'll be involved in project administration, task and action tracking, and recurring activities in the day-to-day business
• You'll be involved in process definition and preparation of documents for aviation authorities

Your Profile:

• Your field of study is in economics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business computer science, business management, business engineering, or combinations of studies related to these fields
• You have very good language skills in English and German (written and spoken)
• You have very good organizational skills and an affinity for technical processes and correlations
• You have previous experience in MS Project, SharePoint, as well as database / SQL knowledge, which is advantageous
• You have an affinity for health-and-safety-related topics
• You like to work in a process-oriented and structured manner
• You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working within a team
