Customer Support Manager (m/w/d)*
Your tasks
- You are in direct contact with our customers via email, telephone, and social media channels and thus actively contribute to our customer retention and expansion
- You identify problems and working with other departments to find customer-focused and forward-thinking solutions
- You learn how to use the latest customer service technologies (including Zendesk)
- You analyze simple and elegant measures that make existing processes more efficient
- You enhance customer experience by providing exceptional support for our B2C clients
- You implement measures to foster customer relationships by collecting feedback and developing strategies for excellent key account management
What we expect
- You have finished your A-levels/ high school (a university degree would be a plus)
- You have some experience in the area of customer support or CRM
- You have a friendly, customer- and solution-oriented way of working
- You speak C1-C2 English
- You are open-minded and have a high level of solution creativity
