The position is permanent and full-time, located at our headquarters in Einbeck, Lower Saxony.

Here are the tasks awaiting you:

Preparation and processing of samples for various food technology analyses.
Isolation of plant proteins.
Assistance to scientists in developing new protocols for the field of food ingredients and independent execution of these protocols.
Evaluation of the sensory properties of plant proteins in food products (independently following instructions).
Planning and documentation of experiments (LIMS and ELN).
Preparation of experimental results.

With this profile, you are a good fit for the position:

Completed vocational training in the field of food technology, biotechnology, or an equivalent qualification.
Ideally, you have initial practical experience in food technology and/or working with proteins.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications and in the documentation of laboratory results.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
Reliable, conscientious, and independent work ethic.
Very good German and/or English language skills.
