Your Role - You assist in the development of new recipes and production processes for both B2B and B2C customer projects, as well as innovation initiatives
- You analyze new raw materials for stability and potential applications, documenting results in SAP
- You assist in testing raw materials and products for shelf life and other properties such as acidity, Brix, and color gradient
- You execute laboratory mixtures according to specified recipes, create product samples, and maintain laboratory equipment and raw material stocks
- You help implement newly developed or optimized technological processes and methods
- You support in the preparation and execution of customer workshops, providing analytical support and documentation
Your Profile - You have a minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in a lab environment
- You have successfully completed training or studies in food technology, food science, chemistry, or a related field
- You have the ability to work independently with a proactive approach and generate innovative ideas
- Your strong analytical skills help you applying and documenting analytical methods
- You gained experience in lab and pilot scale work, including maintaining and cleaning laboratory equipment
- You have a basic understanding of SAP for documenting test results and recipe data
- Your working languages are English or German
