We are currently looking for an HR Working Student (Werkstudent ) to join our HR team!

This position will be Working Student contract for 6 months based in Hamburg.

Role description:

• Prepare, collect, and manage, file and digitalize all employment documents
• Support HR Team in keeping employee’s records clean, up-to-date, accurate and compliant
• Manage the flow of employment documents and invoices with providing advice/information in terms of typical labor and regulatory issues
• Monitoring return of employment contracts, amendments etc. and filing of these documents
• Together with the HR team support employee queries, scan and distribute all mail for HR enablement team
• Participate in other HR projects and be a resourceful member of a highly engaged HR team

Role requirements:

• Student or graduate, preferably in human resources, administration, management, etc.
• Fluent in English - at least CEFR B2 level.
• Available for 20 hours per week for 6 months
• Emotionally mature and ethical, strong interpersonal skills
• Details focused, well-organized and stress resistant
• Takes the full ownership of delegated tasks
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office for work purposes
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
