About us:

We are on a mission to make personalised food scalable.

We are a seed stage foodtech startup that is tackling labour shortages, limited human efficiency and increasing minimum wages with our self serving robot Pixie. Our fully automated robot Pixie is able to prepare an array of different dishes within a range of ingredients combination.

We are currently part of the all inclusive MakeUp Industrial Tech accelerator program of MotionLab.Berlin and in the hot phase of product and business development. To ensure that Pixie is active in restaurants and ghost kitchens across Germany by 2023 we are looking for a rockstar CEO.

As part of our enthusiastic team you will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute our business strategies (jointly with other founders) incl. business modelling
• Ensure funding of the startup incl. pitch deck preparation and pitching
• Manage business partners (freelancer, suppliers, design&build partners, bank) incl. legal aspects
• Develop and implement operational procedures for our core functions
• Recruit talent
• Manage our financial performance incl. accounts payable, cash management
• Ensure legal guidelines are understood and always followed
• Ensure close link to advisors and seek guidance

• startup founding experience
• an understanding of technical prototyping - ideally within hardware development
• proven track record in building and scaling teams
• are based or ready to move to Berlin, Germany
• ideally have been active or experience within the foodtech industry

General information:

• Start date: as soon as possible
• Hours per week: 40h
• No salary until first closing
• Shares for >25% of nominal value
