Our two-year Trainee Program is a chance for you to gain practical experience, be part of diverse research projects and to work and learn alongside a diverse group of professionals who are leaders in their field. You will be a valued part of a team while being exposed to various areas of the business. During the program you will work in Marburg in different rotations (2 – 6 months).

Requirements
- As successful R&D Trainee you have a Master’s degree in natural sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics), Pharmacy or equivalent education, a PhD is of additional value
- You possess the following skills and experiences:
- Innovative mindset
- Strong self-starter with good team-, social and solution-oriented skills
- Drive for results and a can-do-mindset
- Excellent communication skills are key
- Ability to live and work in different cultural environments
- Very good English language skills: oral & written
