For our global HR IT Team, we are looking for a Student Assistant for the length of minimum 6 month, preferebly part-time: if you feel like helping to shape a rapidly growing, international company, then you’ve come to the right place. In this role, you will work closely with our Global HR Business Partners to shape organisational processes.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Supporting the consolidation and documentation of the global and local process landscape for the HR IT department
• Creation of global manager guidelines and support with technical implementation
• Active participation in international HR projects, cooperation with different stakeholders of the IT organisation and exchange with global and local HR interfaces
• Insight into the global IT matrix organisation and the cross-national cooperation of the global HR IT tea

ABOUT YOU

• Degree in business administration, economics, law or humanities with a focus on human resources (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree)
• First experience in the field of human resources desirable
• Understanding of processes and structures, technical affinity an advantage
• High degree of communication and team skills as well as confidence in appearance
• Very good organisational and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Independent, result-oriented and structured way of working and high reliability
• Strong service orientation and interest in working in intercultural teams
• Very good written and spoken English
