Your role

As Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will gain direct insights into the operational growth model of a B2B SaaS startup while working in one of the most impactful industries of our century, the electronics industry.

Time frame

Start date: Ideally between Oct. and Dec. 2023
Duration: 4-6 months

Performance objectives

Support our marketing, sales and customer success teams in different steps of the customer's journey
Independently drive ad-hoc projects and creative initiatives in the go-to-market organization
Manage various operational tasks to keep our systems running and grow the business
Getting your hands dirty in gathering and analyzing data to pass insights to the right stakeholders
Support managers and team leads with their strategic projects

Some additional notes

We don't need you to be an expert in the electronics industry today, but you have to be willing to dive into it to understand our potential customers' unique situations and how Luminovo can create value for them.
Strong communication skills in writing and in person, both German and English, is a must.
Be proactive, committed, and put solutions over problems.
