Carhartt WIP is part of the Work In Progress Holding AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.
We are looking for a full-time intern to support our efforts on issues involving the environment and climate. In this role, you'll have the chance to contribute to shaping Carhartt WIP’s path towards a reduction of its impacts on the planet.
Intern Sustainability - Environment & Climate (m/f/x)
- Support and coordinate Carhartt WIP’s Carbon Footprint calculation (software based)
- Setting up new reporting processes, and communication with internal and external stakeholders and data owners
- Data collection, validation, and analysis
- Research on various sustainability topics and current and emerging regulations (eg. CSRD)
- Support in editing and compiling reports and presentations
- Carefully documenting research and progression
- Support in daily occurring tasks
- Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in the following areas: Engineering / Environmental Studies / Economics / Business / Sustainability or similar
- Very good command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Analytical mindset
- Autonomous, proactive, and willing to take full ownership of projects and tasks
- Passion for sustainability
