We are looking for Working Student to join our Office & Culture team in Berlin. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, service-oriented individual studying in Berlin who is supporting the Office & Culture Management Team for 20 hours/week. The ideal candidate interacts with all levels of the organization in furthering our company culture.

YOUR MISSION:

• Be the first point of contact for visitors and staff members, making everyone feel welcome and noticed
• Create a familiar friendly atmosphere
• Administrate front desk work
• Manage meeting rooms and different schedules
• Monitor delivery processes, office inventory and support sending out of magazines, seeding kits etc.
• Coordination and Management of internal company culture initiatives (e.g. workshops and big meetings with F&B, productions)
• Assist in concepting and organising company events
• Handling employee requests, concerns and forward/manage them
• Supervision and coordination of service relationships (e.g. cleaning service)
• Making sure the office space is organized and clean
• Maintaining the unique HS office culture

YOUR SKILLS:

• Experience in office management or similar position (e.g. executive assistant), preferably in a creative industry (music, publishing, fashion, advertising) is a plus
• Possess strong work ethic; self-motivated with a desire to take initiative and look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies
• Result & Detail Oriented – Resourceful, with strong service orientation, positive can-do attitude and full commitment to deliver outstanding work
• Initiative Oriented - identifying new opportunities and tackling them with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm
• Hands-on mentality and ability to get things done
• Able to communicate effectively in fast paced environment
• Experience in handling a variety of tasks at the same time
• Knowledge of Google Suite
• Fluency in both German and English is a must
• Showing empathy and being attentive goes a long way
