Your role in our team
#Your tasks: Advise our customers on their purchase decision, assist them in navigating through our store and process orders. You will also provide support after the order has been placed by answering status inquiries or making account changes.
#A Special feature: You will assist our customers in Dutch (native level) as well as in German
#Training: You will start with a comprehensive training, in which you will learn everything about our customer service and our merchandise management. Bit by bit, you will then independently take on your first customer inquiries; no one is thrown in at the deep end with us!
#Your team: In addition to the team leaders, there are fixed contact persons in each team who are always there to help you with words and deeds if you get stuck.
#Communication channels: We support our customers via telephone (exclusively inbound), mail, chat and on social media platforms. The team you join after your training depends on your strengths and interests.
