Your tasks

You will support our team with various interesting tasks, future-oriented projects and our daily work.

Your support is particularly important to us in...

• examining legal issues, analysing case law and specialist literature
• drafting contractual clauses and legally relevant legal correspondence
• the review and identification of legal documents
• entering important records and documents into our document management system and being the contact person in case of related requests
• company law procedures, such as drafting amendments to articles of association, shareholders' resolutions, etc.
• preparing presentations and other overviews of legally relevant processes

Your profile

• Enrolled student in law or business law, at least in the 5th semester
• You are able to handle new technologies with confidence
• You have a good command of the Microsoft Office products Word and PowerPoint and are familiar with the common functions in Excel
• You are used to working independently and are interested in using and further developing your skills and abilities
• You show a high degree of willingness to cooperate, are team-oriented and attach importance to open communication
• You have fluent English skills
