As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS). In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development. With offices in Berlin and Sofia, we are aiming to bring new generation of innovative infotainment systems across the globe.

Your Mission

In the Driving Functions domain, we build full UI software stack for the Instrument Cluster and the Heads-Up displays. Our diverse team of experts get to use the power of state-of-the-art 3D tools, and multiple coding languages to give the user a world class experience to world class features to their Mercedes-Benz cars.

As a Product Owner in this domain, you get to work with our scrum teams to sculpt its roadmap towards all major and minor deliveries.

Your main tasks will include:

• Leading the team planning
• Requirement elicitation, user story creation.
• Backlog prioritization with close alignment with the stakeholders and leads.
• Discussing and clarifying requirements with feature owners and other stakeholders.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification

• Experience as a Product Owner
• Good negotiation skills on technical level
• Experience working in larger organization applying Agile ways of working
• Experience in automotive domain, preferably Infotainment.
• Multiple years of experience in development with C/C++/Python/Java
• Experience with defining and understanding software Architecture.

• CSPO or other relevant certifications.
• ASPICE certification.

• Team-player having very good communication skills
• Self-organized and highly collaborative
• Open and outgoing personality
• Flexible and can-do attitude
• Continuous learning attitude

• Proficient in English. German is a plus.
