About the Team
The new department 602 Finance Systems Transformation is responsible for overall program governance & execution of the SHAPE+ Program, a cross-divisional Finance ERP Platform transformation program, reporting to our Group CFO. SHAPE+ aims at driving standardization and automation of core Accounting and Cost Accounting processes as well as master data management for Post & Parcel, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce & Group Functions through the implementation of a new Finance ERP platform with respective system consolidations.
Our vision is to have the most advanced, most efficient and innovative Finance ERP platform established that supports capabilities like continuous accounting as well as real-time data processing & analytics.
As Platform Lead Banking, your main tasks would include:
- Delivering your expertise in SAP Banking, including Inhouse Banking processes & activities, Intercompany Reconciliation, S4/HANA Cash Management (CM), Bank Account Management (BAM), Advanced Payment Management (APM), Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation (ICMR).
- Defining and harmonizing Accounting and Controlling processes in consultation with process teams and being the trusted advisor for ERP implementation with SMEs and business colleagues.
- Translating business and process requirements into technical solutions, configuring the ERP system, or overseeing implementation partners to ensure top-notch quality in an agile manner.
- Using strong analytical and conceptual skills to ensure the success of the SHAPE+ program.
- Demonstrating enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure, as the first step is often the hardest.
- Staying ahead of the curve by driving continuous improvement and innovation in your area of expertise.
Qualifications
- Experience in process modeling (BPMN2.0) and data modeling (e.g. UML). Basic knowledge in ABAP and preferably in Java or Javascript as well as integration web services (REST/SOAP/ODATA).
- University Degree in Business Informatics (or similar)
- Superior English skills (German a plus)
- Relocating to the Bonn/Cologne area if necessary.
