Job brief:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Consultant to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will lead a team of Ethical Hackers and Security Consultants, provide technical guidance on all matters of security to our internal team and clients. Your responsibilities:
- Be the trusted advisor for our diverse range of clients on all security matters and technical topics.
- Lead and mentor a team of ethical hackers and security consultants, prove technical guidance and necessary trainings to enhance their skills.
- Take the lead on projects, and perform hands-on security assessments, including penetration testing, security architecture review, code audits, red teaming, and security maturity reviews.
- Effectively communicate and present complex security concepts and findings to different stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Foster a research mindset and stay up-to-date with the latest security trends.
What do you bring?
- Hands-on experience in various offensive security topics, including but not limited to penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, security architecture review, code audits, red teaming, and security maturity assessments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with scripting or developing in one or more languages (e.g., Python, C, C++)
- Excellent communication skills in English and German would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and drive bespoke client solution.
- Telco experience would be a significant plus
