The organisation has new leadership and is embarking on a multi-year transformation program where it is investing significantly to drive growth, revitalize the operational back bone of the business and its digital capabilities.

The Business Navigation team provides support to the C&A leadership in steering the business towards profitable growth. This role offers the opportunity to be a key figure in the development of C&A’s store portfolio, as well as it´s facility cost development.

Your responsibilities

• Trusted advisor to the Head of Selling and the Business Navigation Leadership team
• Enable fact-based decision making and performance management for the business leaders by generating insights, identifying opportunities, risks, running business cases and actively sharing these.
• Lead the planning and forecasting processes, and performance development (variance analysis) for Selling.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives
• Develop and implement strategies and scenarios based on plans
• Lead cost effectivness projects

What you bring

• 3 years of experience in business facing finance/controlling roles
• Expertise with MS Office and in particular Excel and Powerpoint. Experience of S4/Hana Finance is a benefit
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
• Positive and forward-looking mindset with “hands-on” mentality
• Good communication skills - fluent in written and spoken English
• Bachelors / Masters degree with specialization in Finance and Controlling or equivalent
