• Demonstrates a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards and reflects the values of Velaa Private Island.
• Handles incoming and outgoing call for in-house guests and resort purpose.
• Responsible for communicating all arrivals and departures to relevant parties on a timely manner.
• Assists the Front Office team with all the internal and external communications.
• Be fluent with all emergency procedures of the resort as the operator is the main point of contact during emergencies.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role with Luxury Hotel/Resort.
• Excellent command of written & spoken English, fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible with duty hours & scope, and a team player.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience with Leading Quality Assurance Standards and Forbes Travel Guide standards will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MS office and Opera PMS.
