Attached to the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the Logistics coordination for the Safran Nacelles Hamburg site.
Your main missions will be to :

Manage the contract of the logistics provider and its activities reliability according to the production schedule, urgent deliveries, accurate archiving, and management of stocks
Follow and ensure to respect the budget to all logistics associated activities
Ensure the respect of HSE policy and deploy and supervize the 5S methodology for logistic area
Responsible of the OTD and OQD regarding all logistics activities and deliveries to the customer
Define and follow daily planning processes : Analyze production situations and define priorities actions with production and supply teams
Ensure that controls are in place to ensure the proper execution of inventory discrepancies, physical, system movements and waste management rules
Responsible for the custom activities : Link with authorities, update of data reports, coordination of activities with the logistic provider
Coordinate and prioritize the service provider's activities as needed in relation to production needs and customer requirements
Measure and analyze logsitics provider global performance, collaborate with the manufacturing unit to develop improvement plans and necessary corrective actions
Work on improvement projects (internal and external) for the permanent improvement of logistics flows and storage
Participate to workshops to determine packaging and working specifications for the introduction of new products and significant changes to the manufacturing unit (rate increase or decrease, transfers, etc.)

Exigences du poste

Graduated from an engineering school or a University Master degree, you are specialized in
Logistics and have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
You know SAP and you have a good Customs knowledge
A first experience in suppliers or providers management will be appreciated
You have a good proficiency in the MRP2 processes (APICS BSCM certification would be an
asset)
You have an experience of inventory management and practices
You understand the basic rules of transport and an experience in non conformity management
Strong interpersonal skills to work in a team and act as an interface between client and service provider
Pro-active and solution-oriented
Dynamic and flexible, appreciate to work in the field
Autonomous, rigorous and synthetic
French language will be a plus
