ABOUT THE ROLE

We are FRAMOS, an international product-driven tech company of more than 180 amazing people from all over the world. We are looking for a Demand Management Specialist to join our team to achieve our strategic goals and grow our organization further.
Reporting directly to Demand Fulfillment Manager based in Munich, Germany, you will be working within a global Supply Chain Team.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the proper execution of the demand fulfillment, escalation management and demand prioritization process
You will work closely in cross-functional teams and with other departments to ensure that both companies' and customers’ needs are met
You will be responsible for coordination and the execution of the entire process of “Order-to-Cash”
You will monitor forecast consumption daily to identify deviations from plan
You will support the integration of digital technologies and tools to automate manual or repetitive tasks

The role can be based in our office in Munich or remotely anywhere in Germany.

You have at least 2 years of experience working in supply chain, logistics or other commercial roles
You are familiar with digitalization/automation and continuous improvement process
You have strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
You are flexible, solution-oriented and conscientious
You are proactive and like working in a dynamic environment
You are a strong team player with very good communication skills
You are fluent in English and German
