Job description

Dynapac is looking for a highly motivated person with a can-do attitude, a good sense for organization and willingsness to be part of the Global Competence Team in Wardenburg, Germany with your own area of responsibility. You will work closely with our Customer Center as well as Global Product Marketing- and Service teams.

Main responsibilities
Coordinate and organize on- and offline training with our training teams on the demand of our customer center and service partner.
Develop and drive training activities in BU Paving and BU Compaction in line with our competence development strategies.
Coordinate and develop training promotional materials (such as training brochures, agenda, training promotion etc.).
Training certification process development and implementation.
Taking part of inhouse training ensuring quality and improvement implementations
Training simulation development
Development of basic training packages for electric and hydraulic

This position requires travelling.
