As Office Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth running of our Berlin office.

• You are responsible for the organisation of our Berlin office, orders and maintaining an efficient working environment.
• As the first point of contact for visitors, you make our guests feel welcome
• You coordinate meetings and events and make sure everything runs smoothly
• You will work closely with the head office in Munich and the HR team, assisting in particular with the on-boarding and off-boarding of staff.
• You take care of the administration of IT devices and are the contact person for general IT questions.
• As a contact person for security issues, you take care of the maintenance of the air conditioning system, fire extinguishers and the alarm and locking system, among other things.

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in a similar position in office management
• Solution-oriented mindset and initiative
• Intercultural skills are an advantage
• Organisational skills, IT affinity and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good English and German language skills required
