What you'll do
- Develop customized solutions for client projects across diverse industries and tech stacks, combining innovation with technical expertise.
- Write scalable and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.
- Engage directly with clients, providing technical insights and consulting.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team comprising Project Management, Design, and Testing.
- Review and refine code written by teammates—because outstanding code is a collective achievement.
- Mentor Junior Developers and Students, fostering their growth through guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Document your work, enhancing clarity for future reference.
What we're looking for
- A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience working with React, React Native, or Next.js in a professional and agile setting.
- A self-motivated individual capable of working independently while maintaining team alignment.
- Excellent communication skills - able to articulate technical concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willing to travel occasionally to our Berlin office for team events, client workshops, and collaborative sessions - a presence in or near Berlin is preferred.
- Bonus points: fluent German, start-up experience, backend skills (e.g. Node.js), native programming (Swift & Kotlin)
