As an intern within the Financial Services organization, you will be part of a small but vital team which directly supports the fast growth of Tesla’s business. The Financial Services team builds digital processes for maximum operational efficiency and enables compelling financial products that make Tesla vehicles more affordable for our retail customers.

In this role, you are supporting many different areas of Financial Services, from market management (handling all third-party partnerships across 27 markets) to Tesla’s own financing companies in DE and UK and also operational finance teams. You will be exposed to diverse set of business problems and tasks. You will be reporting directly to the head of Markets & Credit at Tesla Financial Services EMEA.

What You’ll Do

Support to improve car financing/leasing offerings & processes at Tesla in Europe and Middle East
Be responsible for completing some core back-office tasks & supporting other team members directly in their work for example working on implementing IT changes or obtaining relevant approvals, etc.
Develop & maintain internal FS documentation on financial products & partner processes
Support the head of EMEA markets in creation of management content and reportings
Support with strategic analysis on market dynamics, financial products, operations, etc.
Collaborate across many functions, from Sales & Delivery to Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Underwriting, etc.
Work in a diverse team and support on a wide range of topics, ranging from strategic to operational to adminstrative

What You’ll Bring

Pursuing a degree that can be relevant to Financial Services, incl. Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, etc.
C1 level in English (both written and spoken), additional languages a plus in particular French, Italian or Norwegian
Strong analytical skills. Previous work experience in consulting or data analysis welcome
Be comfortable working and establishing close links with a team located across Europe
Entrepreneurial mindset, being able to adapt to new situations
Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment is key
