Your Role

• Efficiently process 2nd level escalation tickets concerning card issues and chargebacks.
• Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to identify priorities and remove operational roadblocks.
• Support the team in achieving strategic OKRs through independent and high-quality results.
• Maintain clear communication channels with internal and external partners.

What We Look For

We prioritize personal development and professional growth. Ideally, you have a background in Business, Data Management, or Economics. Initial experience in a Banking or FinTech environment is a plus, as is knowledge of payment schemes and SQL. Fluency in both English and German is required to succeed in our international environment.
