We want you to:

• Assist the team in becoming the Centre of Excellence for all key profit drivers within the organization
• Establish an effective reporting process and structure for the area of Price & Volume Planning
• Monitor and report on Genesis models (including volume, price, option take rates, PT and trim mix) in detail to ensure the accomplishment of business objectives
• Monitor and report competitor actions (related to price, volume, mix etc) and industry developments across Europe
• Identify and track market trends that can affect mid to long term planning strategies
• Contribute to the overall achievement of targets within the team
• Support other team members providing assistance with daily tasks

About you:

• University degree in Business Administration/ Economics or relevant field, or equivalent Apprenticeship qualification
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in related function, preferably in the automotive industry
• Solution oriented with a focus on solving business problems with an entrepreneur mind-set
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• A critical thinker with exceptional organizational skills and an extraordinary attention to detail
• Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
• Strong interest in the automotive industry, with a curious mindset and a keen interest in current automotive trends, such as electrification, autonomous driving and mobility
• Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Experience working with BI analytical tools, preferably Tableau or Power BI, as well as solid understanding of data architecture
• Familiarity with industry market intelligence tools such as JATO, IHS etc, advantageous
• Fluency in English language; any other language is an advantage
