Role and responsibility

In this role, you'll ensure consistent uptime and efficiency by diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting ASML's advanced equipment. Collaborate within a dedicated team in our Customer Support (CS) division, maintaining a diverse range of systems. Work on-site with leading partners in digital and nanoelectronics research and innovation. As a Field Service Engineer, you will:

• Gather critical data, assess challenging situations, and implement innovative solutions under the guidance of a knowledgeable team.
• Ensure equipment reliability and uptime through preventative maintenance and corrective actions.
• Organize and protect resources to ensure equipment and supplies are readily available.
• Record and report technical activities to promote continuous improvement.
• Enhance your skills and expertise through a customized program and collaboration with diverse colleagues.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree or State-certified technical engineer in an Engineering field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics) or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience in technical customer support.
• Strong hands-on and troubleshooting abilities.

Other information

This role requires access to U.S. controlled technology, as defined by United States Export Administration Regulations. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such technology before starting work. Business needs may require ASML to prioritize candidates immediately eligible for access.

This position involves working in day/night shifts.

We're hiring six individuals to support our customers in Dresden and potentially other locations in Germany.

A valid driver's license is essential for this position.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
