YOUR MISSION

You will be the main CS Manager for our English speaking customers and assist them with their questions and concerns.
As member of our international team you will also support our English speaking customers.
As part of the Operations department, you will work closely with other teams to ensure that our customers always receive the most up-to-date information.
As part of our international team, you will be closely coordinated to help build yfood into an international brand.
You will help refine our processes and provide data-driven recommendations for the further expansion of our international markets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Successfully completed commercial training, studies or similar qualification
Previous professional experience in direct customer contact is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Ideal but not necessary: 2rd language (Polish, German or French)
Ideal but not necessary: Basic knowledge of ecommerce/yfood
Ideal but not necessary: Firsthand experience with customer support tools (Zendesk or similar)
