The Chair of Computational Modeling and Simulation is looking for one student or research assistant to support the Environment Mapping Module of the INTREPID project.
The work intensity is to be discussed, but a minimum of 6 h/week is expected. Home office is possible, however, for certain tasks, you will need to be in direct contact with the sensors at the university.
Prerequisites:
- Basic understanding of ROS (Robot Operating System), programming skills (e.g., Python, C++), experience with robots, and good communication skills (English or German) are expected.
- Experience with sensor calibration, sensor fusion, and SLAM algorithms would be a plus.
