Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Parts & Accessories Manager (m/f/d) who would like to work in a fast-moving, exciting and dynamic company.

We want you to:

• Develop Parts & Accessories strategy in accordance with the company standard.
• Supervise market, developing marketing strategies for spare parts and accessories, including incentive programs and seasonal campaigns, following all the required steps (proposal, preparation, launch, reporting)
• Manage and oversee the pricing and parts categorization, trying to get a competitive price level while preserving the margin of the company.
• Supervise the original Genesis program related to accessories and customized for the market, in accordance with national regulations.
• Managing relationships with storage, logistics provider (MOBIS), maximizing the efficiency of the service in terms of parts availability and delivery time
• Manage relationships with local suppliers in order to optimize costs, margins, marketing support and level of service.
• Collaborate with other departments for activities that require the support of own team
• Launch new products and partnerships with local suppliers to improve the T/O and coordinate the research of new business opportunities and new customers.
• Provide all information to the sales force (DPSM) to improve the effectiveness of the relationship with the Dealers’ Network
• Implementation of service pan-European projects for dealer digitalization & coaching (workshop automation, performance enhancement projects)
• Define marketing initiatives in collaboration with marketing team to promote Genesis service program on digital (Facebook, Genesis .de... [Vollständig anzeigen] ... [Vollständig anzeigen] )
• Lead and coordinate Parts & Accessories team, assign tasks, monitor their implementation, motivate and evaluate the team

You would also need to have:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a related position or specialization, with at least 3 years in a people leader position
• University Degree in a related field (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
• Fluent German and English skills
• Significant experience in aftersales in the automotive industry
• Experience in the market & regional level
