Set-up of quality control processes in the area of Li-Ion cell production Planning of laboratory/ test processes, test methods and test equipment
Specification of and supplier screening for test technology, measurement systems and Laboratory Software.
Introduction of measurement and test systems for laboratories & off-line quality tests incl. training courses for Operators
Support of organization and operation of quality laboratories
Planning, execution and evaluation of Quality control tests
Professional Quality measurement documentation, Data Analyses with statistical methods
Management of test equipment: monitoring, maintenance, calibration and release of test and measurement equipment.
Cross-functional cooperation with production, quality, development, customers, development partners, suppliers
Participation in problem solving and continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

QualificationsQualifications

A degree in the natural sciences such as Chemistry, Physics, Material Science or Engineering.
Professional experience in the field of analytical chemistry, quality control, measurement and testing technology
Familiar with measurement methods (tactile, non-tactile, chemical, optical, technical cleanliness, CT, SEM/EDX, Teardown Analyses)
Ideally experience in Q-data evaluation, processing and reporting
Knowledge of automotive core tools (MSA, APQP, SPC)
Desirable Software Skills: CRM (SAP S/4 HANA), LIMS, Minitab, Q-DAS solara.MP/Calvin
Sample preparation techniques are familiar to you as well as the handling of laboratory data systems
Experience in the field of Li-ion cells is desirable
Ability to deal with high, changing and different requirements
Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts, openness and interest in making a difference with the team
Willingness for occasional national/international business trips
German and English spoken and written
