To enhance DB Schenker’s vision and IT Governance’ strategic direction, a new IT Governance organization structure has been implemented. The mission and objective for the IT Governance department is to cope with the existing and upcoming challenges for IT to give orientation, guidance and advice to the global Schenker IT community. As a functional unit, the IT Governance department has regulatory control responsibilities within the global IT Organization.
Purpose of `Global IT Planning and Performance Management` team as a part of IT Governance, is developing and optimizing the global IT delivery lifecycle and ensuring the effective and efficient use of IT resources within the global IT & Digitalization (IT&D) organization by determining, implementing and managing related planning and performance management processes and structures based on strategic IT&D direction and corporate governance regulations. In your role as IT Financial Manager you are part of the Global IT Planning and Performance Management team, disciplinary reporting to the SVP Global IT Governance and functionally reporting to the VP Global Cost Controlling.
