We are immediately looking for you as a Senior Sales Consultant (g.n.) in full- or parttime for our Gallery in Frankfurt
Your responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer-centric consultations and sales across multiple channels.
- Exceed sales targets by effectively managing relationships, employing sales strategies, and following up with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as actively identify and engage potential new clients (B2C & B2B)
- Provide exceptional "After- Sales", ensuring clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Mentor and support junior art consultants, sharing your knowledge and experience to enhance the team's overall performance.
- Assist with hanging, handling deliveries, and inventory management.
- Assist in organizing art events, exhibitions, and special projects to elevate the gallery's reputation and visibility.
Your profile
- You have acquired a minimum of 5 years of experience in the high-end retail sector.
- You advise and sell with passion, resulting in a strong presence on the gallery floor.
- You possess exceptional organizational skills and effective communication, along with persuasive abilities, an empathetic personality, and strong negotiating skills.
- You exhibit a structured and conscientious working approach, a quick grasp of concepts, and resilience.
- You have a hands-on mentality and strong teamwork skills.
