About the role

We are seeking motivated Automotive Interns to assist in measurements and analytics for automotive ethernet projects.

Responsibilities:

• Aufbau, Einrichtung und Durchführung von Tests mit High-End-Oszilloskopen, VNA und Logikanalysatoren.
• Aufzeichnen und Analysieren von Testdaten und der Erstellung von Testberichten im Bereich Ethernet, USB, PCIe, SerDes, …
• Einarbeitung und Erweiterung von automatisierten Tests in Python mit unterschiedlichen Meß-und Prüfgeräten
• Set-up, configuration and execution of tests with high-end oscilloscopes, VNA and logic analyzers.
• Recording and analyzing test data and creating test reports in the area of Ethernet, USB, PCIe, SerDes,…
• Introduction and extension of automated tests in Python with different measuring and testing devices

Knowledge & Experience:

• Sehr gute Leistungen in den Fächern Elektrotechnik, Technische Informatik, Informatik, Physik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
• Wunsch, sich in den entsprechenden Technologien, Prüfverfahren und Geräten zu vertiefen.
• Laborerfahrung mit oben genannten Testgeräten ist ein großes Plus.
• Programmierkenntnisse in Python, C/C++, Matlab und anderen Sprachen sind ein großes Plus.
• Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office-Produkte, insbesondere Word und Excel.
• Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Umgang im Team und im Zuhören
• Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, hohe Integrität und ausgezeichnete Arbeitsmoral.
• Very good performance in the subjects of electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics or a comparable subject area
• Desire to become proficient in the corresponding technologies, test methods, and equipment.
• Laboratory experience with the above test equipment is a big plus.
• Programming skills in Python, C/C++, Matlab and other languages are a big plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent teamwork and listening skills
• Strong organizational skills, high integrity and excellent work ethic.
