Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

Software Tester (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities:

Performing system, acceptance, regression and exploratory testing.
Creating test scenarios, maintaining test plans and cases, and analyzing their results.
Using knowledge of business systems and end-to-end processes to analyze and identify gaps in test requirements.
Reporting bug findings and conducting follow-ups.
Keeping user experience in mind during testing and suggesting usability improvements where necessary.
Close collaboration with Product Management, UX-Design, and Engineering departments.
Defining requirements for test interfaces, designing suitable test environments, and identifying opportunities for automated testing.

Your Profile:

Completed studies in the fields of computer science, applied computer science, business informatics or similar.
At least 3 years of professional experience in system, acceptance, and exploratory testing.
Good understanding of how to capture and manage requirements / user stories.
Experienced in deriving and creating test cases.
Proven knowledge in using test case management systems and Jira.
Experienced in cross-browser testing.
Experience in accessibility testing desired.
ISTQB certification or equivalent knowledge desired.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Passion for e-commerce and attention to detail desired.
