Electrical Engineer (m/f/d)
in Schopfheim / Germany
Job & Division Summary:
We are looking for an electrical engineer who will be responsible for the design as well as development of drives and controls for vacuum pumps in our development department. Your tasks will include the development of marketable control and monitoring concepts as well as qualification in testing. You will work on cross-departmental projects and contribute to the expansion of electrical components for new vacuum pumps.
Responsibilities:
- Independent planning and project planning of electrotechnical systems in accordance with customer specifications and applicable standards.
- Preparation of circuit diagrams, terminal diagrams and flow charts.
- Support of the specialist departments (construction, purchasing, assembly and service).
- Specification and standardization of electrotechnical components.
- Participate in the coordination of trials for testing and verification of new developments and design changes.
Conduct internal training in the field of electrical engineering.
Key Competencies:
- Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the design of electric drives
- Know-how in dealing with technical standards and regulations
- Competence in the creation of circuit diagrams using a CAE system
- Knowledge in handling PDM database systems is desirable
- Good command of written and spoken German and English
- Experience in project management
