Together we set the standards of tomorrow - your tasks

• Partner with the Sales team to understand their needs for data and analytics and design solutions addressing those needs.
• Design and implement KPIs and metrics to measure business performance of sales.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards ensuring transparency on business performance in the sales area.
• Ensure data quality by setting up monitoring, performing regular data quality checks and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide digestible and actionable insights to inform decisions in the sales team.
• Collaborate with the Data Platform team to shape the central Data Platform according to the needs of sales analytics.
• Provide training and support to sales organization on data tools and techniques to enhance their data literacy.

You inspire us - your profile

• University Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics or similar
• At least 3 years of experience with data analytics
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Solid knowledge of SQL. Experience with Databricks or dbt is a plus
• Experience with building dashboards in Power BI or other BI & Visualisation tool
• Experience with Python for data analysis is a plus
• Experience with retail industry is a plus
• Great communication skills and fluent English. German is a plus.
• Highly structured way of thinking and attention to details
• Ability to articulate complex data and analytics content to non-technical audience
• Inherent curiosity to understand the processes and the underlying reasons behind them, seeking to uncover insights and asking probing questions
• Ability to work autonomously, managing priorities and ensuring timely delivery on commitments
