The Job

Your tasks:

You will get to know the different activities in the People & Culture team in the Recruitment & Sourcing area.
You will independently take on tasks that arise in the course of our daily work.
You will ensure that our applicants experience an excellent application process based on our values.
You will review application documents and create a shortlist. You actively integrate our approach of diversity, equality and inclusion.
You communicate effectively and proactively with both candidates and Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
You analyze data and facts of the recruiting process and suggest appropriate improvements.
You use global tools and recruitment techniques to attract qualified candidates to QIMA.

The Candidate

Job requirements:

You are interested in an internship at QIMA, e.g. as a student of economics, psychology or a similar field of study with a focus on human resources.
You have a passion for people and a great interest in human resources topics.
You have an open nature and enjoy getting to know new people and ways of working.
You enjoy working both in a team and independently. You are well organized and structured.
Communication is one of your strengths. You can inspire others and explain complex issues in an understandable way.
You speak fluent English
