The workshopis to be held in English, should take place the last week of October/24 for 2 – 3 days and include the following topics:

• self-perception and perception of others: your own communication style
• conflict dynamics and escalation
• personal communication patterns and perception filters
• the nine stages of conflict escalation and what managers can do about it
• positive and negative conflict cycle
• ways of low-conflict communication: practical elements from Rosenberg's “non-violent communication”
• concrete case processing: methods of targeted conflict resolution
