You are passionate about providing technical support for emergency lighting systems and safety power supply systems in hospitals, functional buildings, hotels and residential buildings. Your responsibilities

• Maintenance, installation and commissioning, repairs, engineering and consulting, troubleshooting and fault rectification via remote access or on site
• Coordinating the logistics of resources and spare parts for all on-site service orders
• Understanding and anticipating current and potential customer needs
• Preparation of maintenance and service reports
• Working closely with the customer service center in Berlin as well as sales and service technician colleagues
• Confident handling of electronic assemblies and convincing presentation of control systems (electronics certificate)

Your background

• Energy system electronics technician, skilled worker, technician or master craftsman for electrical engineering
• Ideally several years of professional experience in maintenance, service, maintenance, commissioning and repair of application-specific products and industries/sectors
• High willingness to travel and live in the area as well as a strong service mentality
• Good knowledge of the German and English language
