• You have excellent experience in developing, owning, shipping and maintaining SaaS-centered solutions.
• You are curious and willing to learn continuously and enjoy researching information and thrive on developing technological solutions.
• You apply critical thinking and take ownership of work needing done.
• You are a team player and proactive communicator.
• You are fluent in English. It would be a bonus if you also spoke German.

• Flexible working hours: We observe a minimum of shared working hours to enable team collaboration but don’t believe in strict 9-5. We value results over time spent at your desk.

• Full remote working: The entire team works remotely but we keep in touch through lively online chats and recurring team gatherings in Dortmund or elsewhere. • Compensation Range: €60,000 p/a - €90,000 p/a. Your actual salary depends on your experience and contributions to Spherity. We review salary annually based on your performance and the state of the business.
