Hiring: Data Entry Clerk / Administration/ Werkstudent (m/w/d) (Part-time 20 hours per week)

We are a coffee roastery supplying high-end specialty coffee to coffee shops and restaurants in Germany and all over the world.

You will work with an international team from Germany, Europe and Asia in our Logistics and Shipping division.

Your tasks:

- prepare, download, compile and sort documents for data entry
- check source documents for accuracy
- obtain further information for incomplete documents
- update data and delete unnecessary files
- scan documents into document management systems or database
- transcribe information into required electronic format

Your profile:
- You can work for 6 months continuously
- Enrolled student business related subjects
- Knowledge of German: Level B2 or above
- Practical computer skills and accurate with data
- Understanding of numbers and administrative processes
- You are an enthusiastic learner and doer

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
