Summary

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) to join our teams. As a key member of the Regional Marketing team, the primary responsibility for this role is driving the pipeline and enabling sales to achieve new business growth targets in the region.

You will work across the organization to develop an effective go-to-market strategy and execute integrated campaigns using demand generation and automation tools to increase the pipeline.

As a pivotal member of the team, you will work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams within the organization. This position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager.

Location: Germany preferred (remote) or Amsterdam (office based).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the HQ corporate team, the regional marketing team and regional sales managers in the DACH region to:
  • localize the corporate global targeted lead gen campaigns and programs dedicated to channels and customer/ consumer successes and the business KPIs
  • recommend, plan, and execute local demand generation programs, with the support of the corporate functional teams (full marketing mix):
    • strategy of regional events (in person and online) (tabletops, tradeshows, associations conferences, roadshows, webinars),
    • emailing campaigns (local or adapted content),
    • ABM if needed,
    • input for PR and paid advertising, building a regional understanding of the important media landscape (magazines/websites/blogs, etc.)
    • local content,
    • paid digital and social media

  • Manage and support the regional channel marketing activities in the respective territory.
  • End User Marketing:
    • identify and incentivise successful local customers to build testimonials and case studies, provide input for vertical campaigns,
    • manage industry associations and activities
    • collaborate with marketing team members across the organization to develop the customer marketing deliverables and components of the respective programs: case studies, customer testimonials, end user messaging for PPTs, landing pages, nurturing campaigns, webinars, etc.
    • manage and maintain customer engagement, activation & advocacy
  • Monitor constantly the region and the market for news, trends, specificities, regulations; adapt the strategy accordingly and share input with the organization
  • Monitor the competitive landscape in the region
  • Participate in overall sales strategy to support growth in the region
  • Support when and where needed the entire marketing team in daily tasks and execution of any other external marketing activities and programs
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders

Experience

• 5+ years of work experience in B2B marketing IT, security or technical sectors is a must
• Proven experience working with partners, distributors, enterprise or large accounts
• Native German and fluency in English are a must and any other languages are a huge plus for this role
• Proven experience in an international environment on global/regional brands
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in marketing, business, sales or relevant experience and training
• Preferred day to day use and knowledge of Google Suite, Asana, Zoho, On24 or equivalents, proficient in Hubspot and other CRM platform, Adobe Suite, analytic tools
• Proven digital marketing skills (social media, SEO basis, analytics) and lead generation and nurturing campaigns management
• Creative problem solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas
• Must have a "get it done" attitude and execute effectively, attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to interface at all levels within the organization
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once, set priorities, work proactively and independently, problem solve, improvise and function as part of a team that must perform well under pressure
