The most important task is the management of customer service. The owner of the position ensures that the employees can work on the best foundations so that the overarching goal of customer satisfaction is always achieved. For this, the work processes in customer service must be constantly analysed and adjusted if necessary.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Optimization of customer service quality and services offered for maximum customer satisfaction

Ensuring efficient use of existing equipment and available instruments

Ensuring operational capability of the department is warranted all the time

Implementation of training courses, instructions (onboarding) for new team members

Personnel planning and vacation planning for team members

Integration of all new relevant and applicable regulations and guidelines into operational procedures

Optimization of productivity through corrective and improvement measures
What your background should look like
- At least 5 years in relevant logistics background
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Full fluency in German and good English skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of empathy to be both motivator and mentor
- Experience with lean management would be an advantage
