Maintenance, installation and commissioning, repairs, engineering and consulting, troubleshooting and fault rectification via remote access or on site
Coordinating the logistics of resources and spare parts for all on-site service orders
Understanding and anticipating current and potential customer needs
Preparation of maintenance and service reports
Working closely with the customer service center in Berlin as well as sales and service technician colleagues
Confident handling of electronic assemblies and convincing presentation of control systems (electronics certificate)
