Studio Production Assistant (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage on-model production throughout the season and ensure the smooth running of the team's workflow and administrative processes.
- Create an e-commerce shoot schedule and ensure preparations are completed on time
- Communicate and monitor workflow status to ensure team targets are met
- Check product list / data ensuring accuracy and nothing is overlooked
- Project manage on-model shoots: planning, bookings and negotiations
- Coordinate with our global team and ensure production is managed efficiently
- Liaise with Style Director and relevant creative team
- Support the Style Director in maintaining the schedule and an efficient operation
- Validate product lists and maintain model database
Your Profile:
- An excellent organiser and take initiative
- Strong problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure and deadline driven
- Competence in assuring and delivering as error free as possible
- A great team player with hands-on mentality
- Ability to work productively and precisely
- Previous experience in a fashion photography studio preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel / Google Docs skills
- Fluent in German and English with excellent verbal and written skills
