To strengthen our activities at the Mainz location, we are looking for a full-time position with immediate effect for an
- Translation activities for meetings, events and various documents
- Administrative support for the management, in particular management of daily tasks, including calendar management and e-mail processing
- Coordination of internal and external communication to ensure a smooth flow of information
- Planning and organizing meetings, events and business trips for the top management
- Preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up of actions taken
- Successfully completed training or studies
- First professional experience desirable
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German, English and Chinese
- Organizational skills and ability to manage complex schedules
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and commitment
