As Junior Portfolio Analyst you will be a valued member of TUI Hotels & Resorts Portfolio Management team. The Portfolio Management function is at the forefront of TUI Hotels & Resorts long term strategy development overseeing our more than 420 hotels & resorts globally. The team is driving projects in close collaboration with our hotel partners and other group functions. The nature of the work is characterized by internationalism, diversity, agility and complexity

ABOUT THE JOB
- Manage the oversight of the TUI Hotels & Resorts portfolio and ensure consistent monitoring of developments across several subsidiaries and Joint Ventures across the group
- Assist in the Portfolio performance analysis by integrating business intelligence tools, e.g. Tableau
- Support in the assessment of available data to derive sound recommendations, including data ranging from static asset information, to key performance indicators and sustainability data
- Support the department on fast-paced deliveries on professional presentations and ad-hoc reports for the top management
- Prepare market and trend analysis of new destinations, competitors and hotel portfolios. Create ad-hoc reports and do specific segments deep-dives
- Contribute to the successful termination of multi-stakeholder projects
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or similar quantitative related areas
- Good understanding of business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Spotfire, etc.)
- First experience in the hospitality industry through internships or similar as a plus
- Passion for numbers and quantitative analysis
- Driven, hard-working, proactive and results oriented
- Effective and reliable team player with strong work ethics and the ability to work in agile teams
- Able to build empathy and win the trust of the stakeholders
- Organized, fast-paced, flexible, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Rapid grasp of new concepts as well as an analytical way of thinking
- Fluency in English, German as a plus
- Strong MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills required
