Key Responsibilities

• Oversee unit financials: budget planning, cost controlling, and regular reporting for efficient resource use
• Manage employee time tracking, project hour allocation, and internal/external billing
• Execute day-to-day operational and administrative processes to keep the business running seamlessly
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Finance for smooth operational support
• Handle local procurement of IT hardware, specialized equipment, and workspace facilities; integrate operational software and support HR/onboarding

What We're Looking For

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
• Several years in operational management, financial controlling, or administrative process execution – ideally in a fast-paced tech or aerospace setting
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in budget management, cost controlling, project billing, and modern operational tools
• Proven leadership with a track record of motivating and managing teams of individual contributors
• Experience with onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR administration; fluency in German and English required
