For our location in Papenburg, we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant (m/f/d) with a quick grasp and a structured way of working to handle mainly commercial processes. In this role, you will be responsible to perform out data updates for article movements in the warehouse system, e.g. LIMA, as well as ensuring data accuracy in our warehouse system.

The position is to be filled immediately and is fix-termed until 31 December 2025.

Responsibilities

• Perform item receiving in warehouse system for new item arrival.

• Coordinating with the expeditors (e.g. in the event of missing or incomplete delivery documents or discrepancies in delivered items).

• Updating the warehouse system for item movements, including all location changes within the warehouse.

• Documentation of item movements in the warehouse (incoming/outgoing).

• Support with incoming item inspection, labelling of newly delivered items and coordination with external partners in the area of item movements.

Requirement:

• Good to very good written and spoken English skills.

• Experienced in using MS Office applications.

• Good understanding of numbers and high-quality standards.

• Ability to work independently.

• Strong internal and external communication skills and an independent, team-orientated and structured working style.

• Valid German work permit.
